A few of us went to Hilton Head on a vacation/business trip. I put magnetic signs on my truck displaying our logo and tagline. It actually sparked some good conversations. We met an older gentleman who was quite excited about the idea. He was really interested in the money savings aspect of Serenity Sack rather than the green aspect. It was a fun conversation as he was very open to talking about his own death. We are finding this to be true for most older people we talk to. It’s a tragedy when people die young, but it’s just a part of life when people die old. Many elderly people have come to accept this, so talking to them about dying isn’t filled with sadness. Ironically there’s usually a lot of laughter as the conversations are more lighthearted. This has got me seriously rethinking our future marketing ideas.
