Happy New Year

Prototype #2 was completed over the holidays. Our results are way better than the 1st prototype but we still have a ways to go. We wish we were moving a bit faster but at least we are moving forward.

Update

JamesUncategorized

It has been a while since we did an update. We just wanted to give a quick update before we all take off for the holidays. Prototype #2 is almost complete. It should be done in early December. Hopefully we can get some testing in before the end of the year.

And the Testing Continues…

Sereinty Sack D-Rings after failure

We have done a few more rounds of testing on our first prototype. We are still experiencing slight tearing at the d-rings during transportation of heavier loads. We are confident that our second prototype will be a vast improvement over the first. We should be starting on it soon.

Our initial testing of the prototype went well, although we did have quite a few issues. Mostly due to tearing under high loads as we are testing it for extreme conditions. We will make some quick modifications and try again.

We Have a Name

After completing the prototype, the name for our shroud just came to us. After sitting on the name for a couple of days we decided we still liked it and we are making it official. Introducing Serenity Sack, the green alternative to traditional burial.

We want to create a green alternative to traditional … Read More

Sorry for the lack of updates but we have been busy with our day jobs and a few summer vacations. We are getting back into high gear now. We have finally landed on the basic design we will pursue. After evaluating many options we have decided on a traditional burial shroud that will be made from burlap. We looked at … Read More

Our latest endeavor has begun as we kick off our blog today. So, what are we doing anyway? We are attempting to revolutionize the way we bury our dead. We are basically looking to create a green alternative to traditional burial. We feel that our idea is truly unique and we hope the world will embrace our ideas. We don’t … Read More
